the loss of blogging

you know, my home page is set to this blog and it's the first thing i see when i get on firefox.... yet, i haven't written much at all in months... and i haven't checked the blogs of so many friends.... to my dismay, many of the blogs are deleted, moved, or inactive as of 2007.... my theory: facebook has taken over. it's become THE social networking site so that only the faithful have continued to maintain their blogs.... i'm guilty of having neglected this old friend... and yet, i have so many memories and thoughts stored on this blog..... maybe i just don't have that much to say anymore... is that a sad thought or what?? where is my inspiration??

HISTORY

i know that if we paid more attention, we'd see history happening on a daily basis around us.... BUT when something like NOV 4 happens and we know that history has forever been altered and we are about to embark on something new, something that hasn't happened in the past, we celebrate!!

okay, so i feel awful......turns out some of you don't know that i got engaged this summer...... why didn't i post it on facebook, my blog or send it out over email?? well, for one thing, i wanted to tell most of you in person.... and that's more or less happened throughout the summer, except for now, i'm realizing that the task in itself was nearly impossible..... so, here is the official announcement..... we're engaged as of june 9, 2007!!

oh, good gracious... how much time has passed since i've last been on this thing?? sad, sad, sad......

folks, spring is here!! tulips, tulips, and azaleas! and sunshine, rain drops, and warmth. the beauty of four seasons is that you truly learn to appreciate each season as it comes....

hey, so, life is good, it's busy, it's at times frustrating, but in general, it's good. not quite sure what to post, though i did tell my dear emma that i would post a funny story that wario clued me in on.... here goes:
